Concept人体とランジェリーの関係性や肌を魅せる美しさについて考察し、服と下着のボーダーラインを超えるㅤcligerie (clothe+lingerie) を提案している。ㅤジェンダー、国籍、人種、職業様々な隔たりを、洋服とランジェリーの境界線が見えなくなってゆくよう、またその壁を超えてゆけるもを生み出してゆく。補正や機能性に捉われない表現方法で、今を生きる私はランジェリーを作る上で何をすべきなのかを常に考え制作をしている。＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿About Me‘94 東京生まれ。家族からの影響で幼少期から古美術や絵画に触れ現代アーティストになることを志す。女子美術大学附属中学・高校を卒業後、大学は日本画学科に入学するも、今までと違う環境や刺激を求め留学するために2年で中退。ロンドン芸術大学で3年間、現代美術や哲学をベースに学びながら、フェティッシュイベントで偶然出会った「E.L.F Zhou London」にてデザインアシスタントを務め、帰国後、2020年YUVI Kawano(ユウビ カワノ)として独立。＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿Lingerie designer from Tokyo, Japan.Graduated from Chelsea College of Arts, Universityof the Arts London in 2019.After assisting E.L.F Zhou London for 2 years,she launched her own brand, YUVI Kawano, in 2020.Through her collections, Yuvi expressesher reflections on the relationshipbetween the human body and lingerie.She aspires to design ‘clogerie’ (clothes + lingerie)that transcends gender and the boundariesbetween clothes and lingerie.＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿Instagram: www.instagram.com/_yuvikawanoWebsite: www.yuvikawano.com
