Penang Prawn Noodles is a famous local food in Penang. It originated from Hokkien region in China and was brought to Malaysia during the early 20th century. The recipe was later refined to suit the taste of the locals by also using the freshest local ingredients.To create such a dish at home is a daunting task as it requires a lot of manual preparation to choose the correct prawn types, removing the shells, cooking for hours and fine tuning the flavor with fresh local chillies, shallots & garlics. But, we at 888HKM is able to create this dish to perfection every single day.In view of the current Covid-19 pandemic, a lot of our customers in other states had requested us to figure out a way to send them our noodles. After months of researching and preparation, we had developed a sterilized version that can be safely shipped around Malaysia and overseas.
