Activestyle Physical Therapy, LLC is an in home physical therapy and wellness practice delivering one-on-one individualized care in order to help you overcome pain, limitations and get you back to life.  We bring the quality of traditional outpatient physical therapy into the comfort of your home eliminating the need for childcare, transportation and extended time out of work.  We are an “out-of-network” provider with insurance companies.  Please call your insurance company prior to scheduling a visit to find out your “out of network” benefits.  With this type of healthcare delivery, your physical therapist can devote one-on-one attention for longer treatment sessions as well as provide the most effective care without restrictions from contracted insurance companies.
