DILIA - Navidad MexicanoA few years ago, some friends enlisted numerous artists throughout NYC to join in on a collaborative effort called, A Holiday Benefit. This effort was an excuse for the musicians and artists to come together, collaborate and to give back to the greater NYC artist community. Through this effort we made a lot of music, raised a lot of money and created awareness for the artists as well as the charities involved. It is with great enthusiasm that I would like to announce the rebirth of this effort! The main motivation behind this whole project is to breed artistic community and to benefit a local charity. I have been working on partnering with a local, NYC based charity for which the proceeds from this venture will benefit. All proceeds from this concert and the official A Holiday Benefit Album will directly benefit ArteAmor.org. ArteAmor is a non-profit organization that provides quality arts workshops to impoverished children around the world. Visit www.arteamor.org for more details!
