These songs came to me in the wake of my Mom's death. And now I send them to you for your grief journey.the heart cracked open singsAfter Mom died in July, Al Hemberger gave me a dulcimer and the dulcimer took me on a healing journey through summer fall and winter of deep mourning and out into spring. "Never Argue With a Jackass" 11 songs of mourning is my breakout performance on dulcimer & vocals. On several songs, it is just me-- 4 strings and one vocal chord... It feels like the best work I ever did, -- the summation of all of my parts.
