All proceeds from this EP will be donated to the Lebanese Red Cross to help their response to the Beirut explosion.About the artists:Anneka is a vocalist, producer and visual artist who has featured on a variety of critically acclaimed albums by the likes of Forest Swords (Tri-Angle), Lone (R&S), Ital Tek and Falty DL (Planet Mu). Her collaborations have achieved worldwide TV syncs as well as international and national radio play. Alongside collaborator Starkey, she wrote and recorded a track live from the legendary Maida Vale studios during a special 2-hour show on BBC Radio 1. Over the last few years, Anneka has been developing her sound as a solo artist and producer. She has performed her material in the UK, Europe and Russia and received radio play from Mary Anne Hobbs on BBC 6 Music. Anneka’s debut solo EP 'Life Force EP' was released on AGMR on 28 April 2017.Jay Chakravorty is a London-based composer and producer. Influenced as much by techno and electronica as classical and minimalist composition, he makes dense, organic music, often combining string quartets and pianos with buzzing analogue synths and evolving electronic textures. His debut album “A Map With No Memory” is due to be released in November 2020 on Berlin-based Unperceived Records.Fragile Self are a minimal electronic duo that create elegant, dark electronic compositions within a pop structure. They make music that is dissonant yet listenable, taking the subconscious and extreme states of mind as subject matter. Anil Aykan creates melody, beats and intense vocals with a human touch. Jonathan Barnbrook shapes noise and turns it into song. Barnbrook is already known for his artistic collaborations with David Bowie and that total creative approach is shown in the attention to detail in their music - from a tautly constructed beauty in their songs to the highly experimental visuals and packaging which accompany them. Their first album is available now. It takes as a starting point the subject of classic psychotherapy. This includes songs on the enigmatic patient of Breuer and Freud Bertha Pappenheim, how it is to be in love with a narcissist and the theories of Fritz Perls, inventor of Gestalt therapy. Despite the heavy subject matter they have created a series of listenable, witty electronic compositions.Bernholz is an artist and musician, drawing upon a wide range of influences and recording techniques, to create a hybrid of ambient, experimental, electronica and pop. He is one half of Near Future with Neil Arthur of Blancmange, and live performer with Gazelle Twin.
