WeavePieces in Miniature is a compilation of work I've written over the years which was designed to loop and has small/short compositional bodies. Several were written for some loose context in which they were never placed (making them, in a sense, homeless); others were written with no situational purpose at all; and still others exist as scrapped ideas for more finished pieces, or tiny digressions nestled at the end of a file.As such, all of these pieces are also united by the unlikeliness of them ever seeing the light of day (i.e., release) -- until now!It is worth noting that this compilation is not comprehensive but curatorial, as other comparable material abounds. The successful miniature, I think, is one which, when it ends, one wants to hear loop "just one more time." I hope that you'll have that feeling when listening.The tracklist is organized alphabetically, since this was never conceived as an album proper; rather, I see it as a sort of index of ideas, some rawer, some finer.
