IntrospectionSun Hill Farm Sessions is a collection of free improvisations, Carnatic classical ragas and field recordings created in response to a precious moment in the natural world. A moment tucked away in the hills and forests, among red oak and white birch trees, under the vast Southern Vermont sky. Inspired by the land and a sound tapestry of rain, wind, crickets, birdsongs and chickens, we recorded on the grounds and in an 1800's farmhouse at Sun Hill Farms. We are grateful to Next Stage Arts for inviting us to be Artists-in-Residence and giving us the opportunity to hone our craft and develop artistically while forging a deep connection with nature and community.
