I am a mom of two bright and delightful boys who have taught me so much about life and unconditional love. Curiosity and the quest for personal growth were factors which led me to my first study ~ Reiki. Instantly, I realized Reiki was the overall healing modality that I had been searching for. During my studies I received a cancer diagnosis which sent me on a deeper journey of healing and self-discovery. I was able to fully witness the healing powers of Energy Healing, both as a practitioner and as a client. In my practice, I work from the basis of Love Vibration and heart-centered healing. Professionally and personally I focus on a wholeness approach - the mind-body-spirit connection. I understand that how we think, speak and act reflects upon our own emotional, physical and spiritual well-being, as well as those around us - BY YOUR PRESENCE YOU MAKE A DIFFERENCE - that within you, is extended to those outside of you. Walking such a personal journey has opened amazing doors for me, offering me wisdom beyond measure along the way, allowing me to create and hold sacred space while assisting in healing/soul journeys. I pride myself in being relatable, approachable and compassionate; I will always offer to you a safe space to relax while assisting you in creating your own healing story. During my intensive studies over the last 8 years I have achieved my Master/Teacher Degree in Usui Reiki, as well as my Level II Karuna Reiki Practitioner Certification. Shamanism is an on-going study and way of life for me which, I trust will take me on many quests and adventures as my children grow and expand into lives of their own. Past studies have included Metta Meditation, Bach Flower Remedies, Angel Card Reading, Meditation Teacher Training, as well as other healing modalities.
