Little Flower Congregation (CST Fathers) had its humble origin in 1931 at Mookannur a remote village in Kerala, India by Very Rev. Fr. Basilius (Thomas) Panatt. Now the congregation has 378 priests and 171 professed members. We are working mainly in India in four provinces and congregation has its mission in Tanzania, Africa and Papua New Guinea. It was the strong desire of the Congregation to begin missionary and apostolic activities in the African continent. In August 1999, CST Fathers ventured to involve in missionary activities first at Mugumu in the Diocese of Musoma. Fr. Jose Panikulangara CST and Fr. Joseph Padinjarekuttu CST landed in Tanzania as the First CST Missionaries and actively engaged in Pastoral, Social and Educational ministries.
