the seven thunders by [ d i t h e r f i x ], released 26 July 20191. invocation2. monster run (awakening...)3. drift into a clickhole4. shadow of the transfiguration5. postludeall of the material for this record was captured using iOS-based devices as the centerpiece, with a minimal set of external gear including a loop station, MIDI controllers, and a couple of Apogee interfaces, along with a handful of on-board synth apps and the Auria Pro DAW. this provided the flexibility to work from a variety of otherwise inaccessible venues: in the woods, on a train, at the kitchen table, a corner chair, or at times operating from an ironing board in the bedroom.
