Friend of Mine Recordsは、世界中のローカルミュージシャンとレコードレーベルを支援するインディペンデントレーベルです。 2005年に海外のローカルアーティストを取り扱うディストリビューターとして、インターネット販売と各レコードショップへの委託販売からスタートしました。これは、良質ながらもまだ日本国内では知られていないアーティストを発掘し、その音楽を日本に紹介することが目的でした。2007年より、Friend of Mine Recordsはレコードレーベルへと進化を遂げ、国籍やジャンルを問わず様々なアーティストやレーベルと提携して、日本におけるCDリリースとプロモーションを手がけています。Friend of Mine Records is a Japanese independent record label that supports local/independent musicians and labels from around the world. In 2005, we started off as a Japanese distributor for the artists overseas, selling their CDs online and on consignment to the CD retailers in Japan. Our aim was (and always will be) to discover "good but unknown" bands, and help spread their music in our country. Since 2007 when Friend of Mine Records finally went into the label business, we have worked with various artists/labels of any genre or nationality on their CD releases and promotions in Japan.
