Performed & recorded with various folk & world bands in Wales & Australia.Currently putting energy into my One Woman Show – I loop live on stage, fuse genres, create big soundscapes. PleiadesThe album is named after the final track, 'Pleiades', an ambient soundscape, a journey to the stars.Melody and soundscape are important to me,as is the challenge of seeing how big a sound I can make as one woman and a bunch of instruments-violin, mandolin, cajon, synthesiser, harmonic flute, melodica, voice---oh, and an alarm clock. My music is inspired by my love of sea and nature. What we humans are doing to the earth concerns me, and that comes across in some of my lyrics. I hope you enjoy my music.
