HEED FM..HEED FM was a commissioned work of art by artist Garrett Phelan as part of ART 2016, The Arts Council of Ireland’s celebrations marking the centenary of the Easter Rising in 1916, a seminal moment on Ireland’s journey to independence. It was a 28-day anonymous sound broadcast portrait created through conversations with individuals and groups from all backgrounds, 18–25 inhabiting Dublin, Ireland.
