You were responsive to the needs of a wide range and age of learners and approached the design of the programme from the inside out, showing care and kindness within effective strategies and meaningful techniques. From age 5 to 12, the feedback from the children was great. They looked forward to attending your sessions, took away purposeful tools and many spoke at school and home about the elements of the course. The social and emotional growth of children is a vital element of their well being. You provided opportunities to discuss and engage with feelings and supported learners to find ways to be present, engaged and calm. I will certainly be in touch if we decide to run a similar programme to support our learners in the future. Thank you once again for the time you spent with us. They have been mostly engaged and able to follow instructions well. The sessions where they were more active, i.e. the sun dance, walking around the space, were when they were the most engaged as it gave them a break from sitting quietly for so long. I am in my mid forties and thought I would give it a go as I needed to learn to relax and wanted to improve my fitness. Vikki is amazing. She is really warm and welcoming and knows exactly what she’s doing. She works us hard, but at the same time is very mindful and considerate of our overall fitness. I feel stronger and more flexible after every class and wish I’d started classes with Vikki earlier!
