Here DeSalvo shows his own pianistic technique on guitar, meaning the way this trio operates much more like a piano trio, where all harmonic, melodic and rhythmic aspects of the music are fulfilled. DeSalvo's music here can be folk-like, completely jazz and always powerfully emotive and full of beauty.
