It was a time period of personal growth resulting in The Petty Narcissist, a collection of very personal songs that traffic in his interpersonal relationships with family, friends, and paramours, as well as some soul searching."I'd call The Petty Narcissist my 'personal pop' album. Because of Zeeva was a stepping stone. The Petty Narcissist, however, is everything I wanted and everything I dreamed of being. Beyond proud.
