Elizabeth Davis lives in a small town in Michigan with her husband, two girls, and her cat. She enjoys boating in Northern Michigan and spending time with her family. She wrote her debut book in the spring as the flowers were starting to bloom. A robin kept her company while building its nest outside Liz’s window. The robin would often interrupt Liz’s in the middle of typing by making array of strange noises. It always made her smile and sometimes even laugh out loud. The robin inspired her to write a few nature scenes in her novel. Though the time period is different, some of the stories and people in this book are inspired by real life events in the author’s life. Her hope is to inspire readers by illuminating a unique perspective and revealing surprise plot twists all while getting caught up in a love story.
