Hi, I'm Jennifer! I'm the CEO and founder of Tyed2Life, LLC.About me: I have practiced as a certified nutritionist for over twenty years; been a lifetime fitness enthusiast for over forty years; and, been in menopause for fifteen years navigating and documenting my journey every step of the way. My clients range from the very young to the very golden; from eating and exercise recommendations; to needing healthy eating plans weight loss or needing nourishment plans for cancer treatments.About Tyed2Life: Tyed2Life, was founded as a huge advocate for helping women find the necessary tools to assist them in navigating these changes and make a better, healthier, longer life for themselves.
