こんにちは、私は日本の田舎を拠点に活動している水彩画家です。日本の山間にある小さな村に住みながら、制作をしています。私の創作活動のインスピレーションの多くは、自然の中で起こる季節の変化にあります。それは「ただ自然が私のまわりにあるから」でもありますが、私にとっては、自然の中で最も魅惑的なことが起こると思っているからでもあります。私の日常はとても静かに見えますが、頭の中では常に自分との対話が行われているのです。絵は、誤解を恐れずに言えば、コミュニケーションできる言語だと思います。描く対象が何であれ、その絵をどう見るかは人それぞれですが、そこが一番楽しいところです。アートは、ひとつの作品の中に対して複数の視点や感覚を持つことができます。その幅の広さがアートをとても意味のあるものにするのではないでしょうか。ある意味、アートは見る人の視点が入って初めて完成するものだと思っています。ぜひ、皆さんの見え方を教えてください。Hello, my name is Shizuka. I live and work in a small village between the mountains of Japan.A lot of inspirations for my art come from the nature, and seasonal changes happen around the nature.Simply because that is what surrounds me, and the most mesmerizing things happen in the nature.My daily life may seem pretty quiet, but my mind is nonstop talking with myself. I believe that painting is a language that we can communicate in without worrying about having misunderstandings.Whatever the subject I’m painting and how you see the painting may be different, but that is the most exciting part.Art can have multiple perspectives and feelings within a single work, and I think that width is what makes art so meaningful.In a way, I think art is only complete the viewer’s perspective comes in.I would love to know how you see.
