Ming Wines was founded through decades of fine wine collecting by its founder. The focus of Ming Wines is predominantly in French wines that are rare and highly collectible. The founder is passionate about burgundy wines and has a dynamic collection of Burgundies, Bordeaux, Champagne and some other rare and collectible wines.The bottles have been meticulously sourced through decades of collecting fine wines from only highly reputable merchants and suppliers. The wines are stored in perfect conditions in the famed Octavian Vaults in the UK which is the most premium and famed natural cellar, 100 feet beneath the hills of Wiltshire where the temperature is constant and humidity is perfect. There is no vibration, nor natural light. Most of the wines are stored at Octavian Vaults while those ready for immediate consumption and delivery in Hong Kong are stored at Crown Cellars.All wines listed are 100% owned by us, we do not trade or sell consignment wines.
