GOATA focuses on forward locomotion and how to go through life pain-free. Humans move forward every day in their lives so to do that fluidly and safely is a priority to ensure a pain-free life. Containing the correct blueprint, GOATA is completely different from the map that the fitness industry currently has. Why is movement so important? Movement is the best healer that we have as humans and it’s the best thing we have as forward locomotive beings. When you move incorrectly you damage your body, you destroy your connective tissue and your joints become weak and are in a position of destruction. When you move correctly then you’ll find there is no more back pain and there is no more knee pain. Our bodies since we were created, contain a security system within the central nervous system. As a GOATA athlete, you will train within the security system patterns. This security system focuses on using the path of least resistance, loading and releasing energy, and resting. GOATA has examined the most durable athletes as well as the most vulnerable. The most durable athletes hold a movement pattern that follows nature’s laws while the most vulnerable don’t.
