Having dealt with a loss of a loved one this year, the band focuses on a theme of anger and existence and on the track, ‘Curse of Ascension’, while directly contrasting on the second track, ‘Absolute Continuance’, where adrenaline and confidence are found in order to move forward in life.This time around, New Methods finds themselves back with longtime producer, Phillip Odom, and continues to push their metal-leaning hardcore sound with heavy/metallic solos and harder vocals. The band and Odom have created the next vision for New Methods and we’re excited to see what is to come.
