The Outing Club is dedicated to the exploration and enjoyment of the outdoors. Activities may include, but are not limited to: hiking, backpacking, trail maintenance, rock climbing, kayaking, mountain biking, nordic skiing, snowshoeing, canoeing, and more. Students have an opportunity to learn about ecology and the environment and their role in it through outdoor adventures – all while having lots of fun! Additionally, students will develop leadership skills through trip planning, navigation, wilderness first aid training, and through the many interactions on each trip.
