“いま食べているものが、10年後のあなたのカラダをつくる”をテーマに、フードマガジン『saji』が創刊して15年目。きっかけは、いまを生きる若者たちに、“食”の大切さを伝えたいという純粋な想いでした。各界のクリエイターたちと、食の大切さ、楽しさ、そして、美しさを表現しています。現在は、『saji』マガジンの発行（年1回）に加え、定期的にイベントも開催。一人でも多くの人に“たしかな食のカタチ”を提案するべく、参加者には「和食」「スイーツ」など、毎回異なるコンセプトの料理を食べていただき、その魅力を伝えています。いい物を食べていれば、いい思考になり、イライラしなくなる…『saji』は、そんな食によってもたらされる心の豊かさも追求しています。大好きな人とおいしいごはんを食べる楽しさ、そこから広がるハッピーな毎日。そのきっかけが、『saji』にはいっぱい詰まっています。sajiの活動雑誌、イベント、workshop、ケイタリング。その他、カタログなどのArt Direction、デザイン、イラストの手配など、プロジェクトの管理。フランスで展示会などをやりたいとお考えのアーティストの方のコーディネーションも行っております。オーガナイザー：　MIHO　www.photo-miho.comsaji : www.saji-web.comAbout saji.15 years has past since the food magazine “saji” was first published. saji magazine started wishing purely to communicate young generation with the importance of eating.
