BIOGRAPHY Denver born and raised SerenitySin born under the name Nicole L is a performance artist who channels her creative ability s through movement and flow Serenity had started her journey as a hula hooping street performer at the young age of 16 Starting in 2015 she claimed to have fallen in love with the art of hula hooping through what she claims was a spiritual awakening This experience had brought her to an epiphany about ancient traditions the circle of life and had connected her back to her Native American roots She felt called to traditional hoop dancing and created her own unique vision with the dance She began street performing with live musical artists and fell in love with the idea of bringing her spiritual vision to life with the help of a live audience As Serenity got older her calling for the stage had manifested itself in her becoming an Exotic Dancer This was where SerenitySin was born Her hula hoop shows were taken to the next level and she was able to take her art to no bounds She began incorporating new energy into her stage presence and quickly became the talk of the town In 2017 she won Shotgun Willies Talent Show with her Fire Hoop performance and in the same year won Shotgun Willies Feature Entertainer of the Year The first girl to ever combine Hula Hooping Pole Dancing Fire Dancing into a erotic show stopping performance Only a year after In 2018 she became the youngest performer to ever be apart of Carnivale De Sensuale a Denver based burlesque show Her career as a professional performer had just gotten better as she started performing for more burlesque shows and travel dancing to be a feature entertainer at Gentlemen s Clubs across the United States Serenity decided that her love for dance was so exceptional that she decided to become the owner and founder of her very own dance company Xpression Studio Denver Xpression Studio was founded in 2019 while Serenity was only 21 years old She was one of Colorado s youngest Asian American entrepreneurs and she set her mission to create a space where performers artists sexworkers POC and lgbtqs alike could feel safe and inspired to dance The studio quickly became a hotspot for people to learn and this is where Serenity found her love for teaching Not only did she get to learn more everyday she got to connect and share her love for movement with her students She continues to keep the art of creative expression alive through her company and as the CEO she plans on branching out and bringing her vision and unique dance performances across the world.
