We are guided by five Core Values that we strive to live by in our daily lives.The presence of God is within our midst. We are not alone in our journey. Our faith and beliefs, as stated in A New Creed of the United Church of Canada, guide our choices, activities and relationships with others. We value our Christian heritage, while embracing change to ensure our Christ-centered mission continues to be relevant in today’s world. We value the search for spiritual truth and provide many small group opportunities for people to nurture their faith through bible study, prayer circles, meditation sessions, workshops and seminars related to spirituality, healing and wellness. In addition, we often offer seminars on grief support, mental health, family relationships, including grandparenting and opportunities for children, youth and young adults. We also hold frequent workshops and conferences to help Baby Boomers and older adults in their search for spiritual meaning and integrity. With the help of God’s Spirit we take personal risks in our journey to understand our relationship with the loving God we meet in Jesus Christ. We acknowledge and welcome diversity in interpretation of scripture, and encourage dialogue among those holding differing opinions.
