Included one of my own.I got my Bachelor degree in Lithuania in Economy Sciences, but my true lovefood was going always a long my side. While studying economics I was alsogetting trained by best Austrian, German, Italian, French, Scandinavian chefsto master fine dining cuisine, wine and food pairing, kitchen design, menudevelopment, budgeting and other hospitality standards that comestogether. I’ve spend six years living inNorway where I’ve got experience as a Chef, Sous Chef, Executive SousChef, Executive Chef & Advisor in fine dining restaurants, hotels andairports. After moving to United States I wasworking as a Private Chef for many private events, high end clients. Also as aChef de Cuisine and Private Chef in a new opened restaurant in Scottsdale,Arizona. My last gig – reopening legendary resort Biltmore Arizona by Waldorf Astoria. I’d love to grow and learn new things. I do follow not only the latest foodtrends.
