SkafFarm started off with about 20 cows, and today it houses around 125 cows, divided between calves, heifers, etc. After several years of selling the milk that was the result of the milking process, engineer Camille Skaff decided to use this milk for his benefit, and produce quality dairy products to the local market, which was and still is his main purpose, and as a result, the dairy factory was established in 2011.This dairy factory produces up to 841 tons of traditional Lebanese dairy products such as Laban and Labneh, as well as Akkawi, Halloumi, and many other Lebanese cheeses. This establishment is divided into three departments, the fields where the cows ‘forages are grown, the dairy farm, and the dairy factory.
