Spencer ZweifelSpencer Zweifel began playing piano at a young age, and started to really pursue it after being inspired by his musical family. Growing up in Fort Collins, CO, Spencer had the opportunity to become part of the area music scene early in life, and started his first jazz group at the age of 16. Creepin'Featuring original compositions and lesser known standards, the first full-length release from Spencer Zweifel, Bobby Wiens, and Seth Lewis captures the trio playing some of their favorite music in a classic style. Beginning as a pandemic project, Wiens, Lewis, and Zweifel built their repertoire through outdoor jam sessions and distanced performances. After working together for over a year, the trio brought their songbook into the studio, producing a no-frills, straight-ahead, and hard-swinging recording.
