Reserved 628In the Fall of 2012, friends and coworkers Randall La Rue and Colby Pennington began recording an album. They made their studio on the 6th floor of a parking garage in downtown Austin. Every day, at 11 am, Colby would walk out to his Honda and record a song on their handheld recorder. At noon, Randall would go out and add to Colby's song, then record a song of his own. This pattern continued for weeks. The songs were recorded as they were written, both trying to not use any material written before this collaboration. The result is 'County'.
