George Sarianos is a lead instructor at Accounting Coaches LLC. Over the past 12 years, George has built his expertise in accounting working for public accounting firms (large and small) as well as one of the largest investment management companies in the world. Both public and private companies rely on George to help them navigate through their most complex accounting and financial reporting needs.Wanting to learn more about all things finance, George studied for and passed the CFA exam earning his charter in 2016. While studying for the CFA exam, he realized that most CFA candidates struggle with accounting and consequently, fail the level 1 and level 2 exams. What was even more surprising was that the resources available to study for this heavily weighted topic were either too expensive or not effective. Because he is passionate about teaching accounting, George set out to create delightful, affordable and effective accounting study solutions for CFA candidates. After he paired up with Mike Lutz, Accounting Coaches LLC was born!George is a licensed CPA in the State of Pennsylvania and he holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from LaSalle University where he graduated Maxima Cum Laude. In addition to leading countless presentations on accounting over the past 12 years, George also teaches FRA classes for the CFA Society of Philadelphia.
