A Facebook Group that started during the COVID epidemic as a way for business owners to promote their services and products. Less than a year later, the group grew to more than 23,000 people. After a detailed review and audit of the page, group admin and founder, Cindy Gersch, determined it needed to change from a place where business owners were just dropping flyers or wanting people to "follow" their social platforms, to something much more strategic.  To a group where small businesses would not just survive but THRIVE.
