I have over 25 years experience as a Strength and Conditioning Coach, I live and breathe this stuff everyday. As a kid I was brought up on a healthy diet of Martial Arts and Rugby, this led on to a interest in Strength and Fitness. I secured my first job in this industry in 1989, since then Health and Fitness has been my life, but I haven’t always got it right..I like a beer and some ice cream just like anyone else. It’s taken me a while to get that balance right. This is how I developed my unique 3 step system..I am also currently a performance coach for special units of the UK military, training the toughest guys on the planet and now I can be your trainer too!
