Graham and Malena started The Irish Store with the incentive that Graham missed Irish products in which he could not purchase In Scandinavia, primarily Sweden, where they both resides now. The idea arose a number of years ago when Graham’s mother would send a Care Package over to the couple twice a year. He remembers being very excited to finally have some Irish products back in the house and could get to work on certain dinners that he grew up with in his childhood home in Wicklow.
