Hello Queens !  , I'm very thankful that you have decided to book or has been booking with MK Please read all the following information , to ensure no confusion and great experience DEPOSITS & PAYMENTS -When booking an appointment a deposit is required Via cash app ( $Bigmk99 ) click the pay later option when confirming appointment you have 1 hour or the system will automatically cancel your appointment-Deposits are shown under each service -Deposits are HALF of total balance - All deposits and payments are non-refundable LACE INQUIRIES - I'm not picky when it comes to lace , but i highly recommend & prefer HD or TRANSPARENT Lace - I absolutely do not work with hard ,grey, dark tone or tinted lace ,especially if you are bright toned(I will definitely tell you if you lace is acceptable or not  , failure to get another one will result is appointment cancellation)- I don't work with thick and bulky hairlines at all , its strains my hand when trying to pluck -I don't re-install any lace that hasn't been previously cut by me , I do not go over any other stylists work , unless approved -For any Frontal/Closure install I will need hair 2-3 days in advance before appointment day -For wig construction , I will need hair and lace at least 5 days before appointment day-For wig installs, please be sure that your wig fits you head , I cannot make a wig fit on anyone head , and if its too tight , its not gone work nor last , I will not install it !LATE POLICY - If you are 10 min late to appointment , a $10 late fee will be applied to balance -if you are 15 min late , a $15 late fee will be applied -anything after 15 min will result in appointment cancellation , I'm very understanding so if you need to reschedule please contact me ahead of time -if for any reason I am late , you will be partially reimbursed APPOINTMENT DAY- Please be sure to be on time -Please come with hair free of any products , I don't work with dirty hair under any circumstances -NO EXTRA GUESTS ARE ALLOWED - Remaining balances  are paid upon invoice on booking site ,- COVID is still out . so please wear a mask -Please note that time may varies with different services , some may be shorter or some may be longer , please have an open schedule for the day of appointment or book in early time frame if needed to be done before a certain time , FAILURE TO COMMPLY WITH ANY INFORMATION ABOVE WILL RESULT IN APPOINTMENT CANCELLATIONS IM VERY EASY TO WORK WITH AND IS VERY UNDERSTANDING IF YOU ARE CONFUSED OR HAVE A QUESTION OR CONCERN DONT HESITATE TO CONTACT ME !
