Awakening through the role of parent/caregiver of loved ones affected by Tuberous Sclerosis Complex. Observing and integrating traumas and the limiting beliefs they spawn, that keep us from knowing our own truth of who we are as divine beings. Through the portal of podcasting~interviews, monologues discussions, & workshops, I share topics and tools that I’ve found relevant and worthwhile for those living with or caregiving for individuals through the extremes of chronic illness - created by a disconnected and disjointed societal and individual understanding of ourselves as whole, in mind/body and spirit. As we become aware and awake and must still stand in the inverted systems, we can either succumb to circling the drain of despair or show up and shine our light as we all walk each other home, day by day.
