Our Business Unico fitness was created and designed by John F Nickerson as a lifestyle. Starting out in 1991 when living in Italy, he had no formal training in the fitness world. He was challenged by a professional bodybuilder to do an amateur show. He took that challenge and went off to prepare for the show. After 6 weeks of training he did the show and placed 6th out 9 in his weight class. From that time forward his life was transformed and he knew he could use the gym to encourage others. He began studying and getting many certifications in fitness while working with other trainers and coaches. Whether in the gym or out with nature, Unico Fitness is a complete personal training system, designed to help transform lives for optimum health and wellness.
