wbahours by jochen korn, released 07 September 20121. hours2. karatwba bekommt zuwachs. der hamburger jochen korn ist für die meisten ein unbeschriebens blatt, solange man nicht in hamburg unterwegs ist. dabei ist er kein new face. seit mittlerweile 15 jahre vermischt er fremden sound zu eigenen interpretationen. da ihm das aber nicht ausreichend war, hat er vor 3 jahren angefangen eigene tracks zu produzieren.vor kurzem feierte er auch sein releasedebut auf waap-records. anschließend folgten noch einige remixe. die beiden tracks für wba sind in ihrer musikalischen ausrichtung minimal treibend. durchsetzt mit fließenden leichten dubelementen wird jeder sonntagmorgen zum wahren highlight.-------Wba is proud to announce a new artist. The hamburg based Jochen Korn is a typcial Hamburg celebrity well known in his city and a great local talent.And having a history of 15 years of interpreting his own style with other music he is definitely not a newcomer in terms of Djing. Maybe as a producer he is quite fresh since he only started 3 years ago. But his releases sound grown up and he has a mastery of composing a deep house sound in his own, minimal and groovy way. His releasedebut came out on the bigger WAAP label, being followed by several remixes. Now he comes up with floating fluffy dubelements to make every suday morning afterhour glorious.
