Blink was conceived with an intention of promoting responsible design. An online store to shop for furniture, home decor, art and accessories. Testament to that is the fact that all products have been designed or curated by Architects Gargi De and Ashvini Mahadev. As founders of Blink, they also run an Architecture firm called INK Architecture based out of Bangalore. Gargi De- Partner and Senior designer- holds a Master’s Degree in Sustainable Urban Design from IED, Italy. Gargi’s attention to detail and keen sense of the aesthetic helps Blink produce original and state of the art designs. She has trained to be an Architect from RV School of Architecture, Bangalore. Ashvini Mahadev- Partner and senior designer- is also an Architect having attended Architecture school at RV School of Architecture, Bangalore. Ashvini creates to provide the end user a truly versatile and multi-faceted product. “It’s great to design products that leave users with a completely unexpected and pleasant experience”, she says. Madhav Chaturvedi- Partner and head of Marketing- After graduating from business school, Madhav worked as an associate vice president with HSBC bank followed by ABN Amro bank. Madhav’s skill of marketing has been pivotal in getting the Blink name out there. His innovative concepts and ideas of marketing has truly given Blink the unique perception that it’s designs deserve. Raymond Vishal- Partner and head of servicing and quality analysis- With a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Raymond understands the technical usability and performance of a product. His attentive eye towards quality checks helps us serve our consumers with product quality of the utmost standard. From the base material- to the finishing, Blink’s products go through a series of meticulous scrutiny to ensure that our designs maintain satisfactory quality standards. Amit Dev- Partner and head of client servicing- Having a background in hospitality, Amit’s responsibility with Blink is a crucial one. Amit ensures that our products reach our consumers within stipulated time without damages. Blink aspires to maintain product quality intact until it reaches our clients. Amit believes “The relationship we create with our customers through satisfied deliveries and services is as important as providing them with great designs”.
