I am a wife, mom of two, and perinatal mental health therapist. I'm passionate about supporting women and couples to-and through motherhood. I graduated from Citadel Graduate College with an MEd in Counselor Education and College of Charleston with a BS in Psychology. I have completed advanced training with Postpartum Support International and incorporate a number of different modalities into my work including: acceptance and commitment therapy, polyvagal theory, and other mindfulness based theories.I support women, mothers, and couples across South Carolina in my local Charleston, SC private practice I offer 1:1 therapy services in person or via tele-health to SC residents. I have expanded my offerings to best support women and mothers across the world via virtual resources, a monthly newsletter, and future course offerings.
