Cosmic Vests and Ties was inspired by a desire to create unique, space-themed custom garments that make a bold and inspired statement about the wearer's passion for the cosmos and all things space-related. One of our most famous clients is Dr. Neil deGrasse Tyson, Director of the Hayden Planetarium, and current host of the PBS TV series, Nova. We have made several custom vests for Dr. Tyson, which can occasionally be spotted during his television appearances. Founder, Mary McCarthy combines her extensive design and tailoring expertise with her love for all things space to create each one-of-a-kind garment.
