Hello! I’m Emily Allen.In April of 2021, I healed myself from years of repressed emotions and trauma. After a dark night of the soul, where I faced and released years worth of hurts, disappointments, rejection, neglect, abandonment, and control, I had a massive mindset shift...overnight. I was able to let go of ALL fear, shame and guilt and I suddenly realized my worth and found my power. I saw myself as my true self for the first time ever; apart from everything I had been programmed with or what I was told. It felt like a plug was pulled from my energetic aura and everything that was Not me melted away. My Divine Energy was restored...After this discovery of my own power and wisdom from within, I started to study and learn everything I could about energy, quantum physics, ancient spiritual practices and healing. I wanted to learn everything I could to continue to become my Best self. It was such a freeing and amazing energy rush to have this newfound  realization and knowledge. I finally started to listen to my own Intuition and started to trust myself and what feels right for me.I am an Empath and can sense the energies of others and I feel how others feel very strongly. My life path naturally has led me to become an Energy Practitioner, where my offerings and services to you are an extension of my own pursuit of spiritual and personal growth. I help others who also desire to progress towards their Highest potential as well. We do this together through self-discovery, healing from past conditioning and trauma and raising our vibrations.
