Fargreen is a social enterprise working with a network of farmers to grow and sell premium branded edible mushrooms and other crops. The team diverts rice straw from being burned as waste and uses it as the only organic substrate to grow mushrooms. The left-over mulch after haversting mushrooms is used as bio-fertilizer to improve soil quality and grow other crops like rice and vegetables.
