Frou York is a retro-inspired handmade-jewelry and accessory line by Jes Miller. The collection was created during the pandemic when Jes had lost her full time position in the fashion industry after 10+ years. She finally had the opportunity to design a collection from her point of view and create pieces she wanted to wear herself but could not find in the market- quirky and beautiful pieces that married retro beach culture with a southwestern 70's flair. Frou York is based out of New York City.
