本會創立於2021年，是政府註冊的合法宗教慈善團體。奉道教三祖為尊，行天師正法。本會創辦人趙嘉寶，法號「趙三駕」道長，師承鄭羅淇道長，為鄭羅淇道長之關門弟子，隨師學道及習正一派科儀。在2013年於中國江西龍虎山授籙歸來，立志弘揚天師道正一派。適逢道緣降臨，開始廣收弟子，教修習正一無上至道之法。在香港創立【香港江西天師道正一派協會】，開壇講道，禮拜三清，啟發道經之寶及九真妙界真理，期盼能將天師道正一派在世界各地弘揚大道。
