It is such a pleasure to meet you.I am Sharon K. Summerfield, a Registered Holistic Nutritionist, Breath Coach and Founder of The Nourished Executive.At The Nourished Executive we are passionate about coaching business professionals to manage stress and nourish their wellbeing to avoid burnout.  Together we help you discover the sweet spot to move from surviving to thriving, intertwined with psychological safety, built on a foundation of nutrition and wellness.  This is a conversation looking at strategies to harmonize life where work is only one part.I have an extensive interest in nutrition and wellness, where I incorporate more nourishing food in my daily life, along with the projects, events, meetings and conferences I plan. I am a life-long learner, and love to read, with a strong commitment to giving back and lifting others. One of my favourite things to do is take traditional recipes and make them more nutrient dense by incorporating more super foods.
