Although I grew up in a very considerably healthy household. Between addiction, medication and depression, I've lived 'life' likely a lot like you- on a shame spiral of gaining, overdoing and numbing- yet desperate for change. At first, making healthy changes left me skeptical and burned out. But as I started to put in the time, devote energy and utilize resources to becoming the best, most authentic version of myself, I realized there truly was a method to the madness, so to speak! When you're ready to reclaim your life and become someone you're proud of, I pride myself on being the coach who can help you make those slow, smart changes.
