My name is Sara Annes Matos and I am here to support you to build a relationship with your inner world and explore your creative expression so that you can bring more of yourself into your life and feel like the sauce whilst doing so!I spent a big portion of my life wanting to be invisible, afraid of the spotlight, with my self-expression blocked and hating my reflection in the mirror.When I looked back on my healing journey, I noticed that one of the most important things that helped me bloom was the people I had around me. They were inspirational, supportive, and kind and made me feel at home to be vulnerable. It was around them that, bit by bit, more of me felt safe to come out and express itself freely. This was extremely healing as a recovering people pleaser and perfectionist because all I ever wanted was to know that I am enough exactly as I am, no matter how I choose to show up.In addition to the right community, I had mentors who supported and taught me how to retrieve the parts of me who were suppressed by shame, retrieve my gifts, unlock my creativity, say yes to my mission and reconnect with my Soul.I still remember that morning when I woke up with the urge to go out to the garden and dance like nobody was watching, without having to look like anything special and with my own moves! My goodness, it felt good! To be honest, worrying about what others would think before I made a move was tiring.
