Finding the right balance and managing the pressures of work and home-life is often a difficult task for most people and by just prioritising some quality time for your self will make a difference to your physical and emotional health. Having worked in various Local Governments settings I am not only familiar with the pressures of the roles and the fact that people often neglect their health but decided to take action in the form of listening to my own body and focusing on my own needs.
